Sometimes I get inspired at the strangest of times, in the strangest of places. I read something that shouldn't even relate to a song, but the way the words are placed or the simplicity of how someone is saying something, speaks to me.
At the moment I keep getting inspired at work. Today, just 15 minutes ago, I had that feeling I get where I know if I could just sit at the piano, something great would come. All of my hurt and confusion and.. sorrow, I guess, would be sung.
They say the best songs come from your worst times. I think this is true for a lot of my work. I feel a bit lost right now.
I wish I had a piano room here. I'm scared that by the time I get home, it'll be gone.
