When I started this project, my friend Lili emailed me and challenged me to write something she called "stripped bare". She didn't want me to use any instruments. I was allowed to possibly use sound effects, but no instruments. So this is what came through for me - a piece stripped bare, finished 22/06/07 (that's in NZ order, folks), copyright Kat McKenzie 2007.

Guitar-based folk piece, written 15/06/07 (that's in NZ order, folks), copyright Kat McKenzie 2007. The levels/reverb are not quite right (and quite frustrating), but this project is about finishing it in a week, so it's pretty good considering all the different layered tracks in there! Let me know what you think.
